He is the Principal Consultant at Ideas Factory Consulting, a Creativity-solutions consulting company with the vision to make individuals and organization adopt creativity for purpose of personal development, organizational building, regional cooperation and nation building. Using creative tools that provoke performance and the mission of helping organization to satisfactorily increase their performance and create a creative structure that works. He is a prolific writer whose revelations have been featured on several blogs both national and international. He is the author of the popular ebook Crazetivity Seriex, a monthly publication that targeted at changing organizations and individuals through creativity tips. He is also the author of a book yet to be published “Idea Factory” – How to generate business ideas, evaluate it and implement it.

Tomisin is the founder of #InspireMonday on Twitter and the Inspire Monday Outreach Project (IMOP). A platform that has set to inspire youths through other’s experiences and professionalism.
